Ognyan Ivanov DONEV (Mr.)
Born on 22.12.1957.
Graduate of the German Language School in Sofia. Postgraduate studies in Hamburg and Vienna. Graduate of the Higher Institute of Economics, Sofia - M.S. in International Economic Relations. In 1986 completed his doctorate in Economy in Berlin.
Ognyan Donev has been an executive director of “Sopharma” AD since October 2000. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Sopharma” AD, vice-president of German-Bulgarian Industrial-Trade Chamber, Member of The Management Board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria, Member of The Management Board of Europharm, Brussels.
Ognyan Donev has been working in the private sector since 1990, and for seven years he has been protecting the interests of Metro Cash & Carry in Bulgaria concerning the export of Bulgarian goods for the hypermarket chain METRO. Donev represented big foreign buyers of black metals in Bulgaria for the period 1993-1997.
He is married and has two sons. He speaks German, English, Russian and Italian.

Ventsislav Simeonov STOEV (Mr.)
Born on 26.09.1960 in the town of Blagoevgrad.
Graduate of the 9th French Language School in Sofia. In 1987 he graduated cum laude from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski - M.S. in Law.
He was registered as a lawyer in Sofia Barristers Collegium in September 1987. He has worked in Paris, in Paris Barristers Collegium, in barrister office “Kremades & Co”. He has been a member of International Union of Advocates since 1992. Senior partner in “Batkov, Stoev, Botev & Co” barrister office. Member of the Supervisory Boards of “Aroma” AD, “Unipharm” AD, “Telekomplekt” AD and more.
Married, two children.

From december 1999 till july 2002 has been working as a trade representative of "Injstroy" Ltd, Sofia.
Investor Relations Director of "Sopharma" PLC, Sofia from july 2002 till april 2006.
From april 2006 till this moment is a Financial Director of "Sopharma" PLC.
Has a working knowledge of English.

KRISTALBANK, TURISTSPORTBANK PLC as accountant, chief accountant,
and from May till December, 1996 as the Director of Bank Regulators
Department of BALKANBANK Commercial Bank PLC.
Currently holds the positions of a Member of the Boards of Directors
of Komars PLC, Biliana Trico PLC, Homogen PLC, as well as a
Member of the Managing Board of DOVERIE - United Holding PLC. |

Daniela KOLAROVA (Ms.)
Graduate of University of National and World Economy at Sofia, m.s. in Accounting and Financial Control and specialization in accounting of the non economical organizations.
In 2000 second masters degree of corporate finances in Univercity of Plovdiv.
Her professional career starts at 1992 as an accountant at companies at Post Bank - Kardjali.
From 1995 till 1998 has been working as a chief accountant in cable television Globo - Kardjali.
From 2000 till april 2001 has been working as a financial manager at AMVArgo - Plovdiv.
From May 2001 is a chief accountant of Darik radio - Sofia.
Mother of two daughters.
